On 26th January, 2025 the entire nation celebrated its 76th Republic Day , the celebration at St. Teresa’s was not less grand . Our std 9th guides had prepared themselves for the flag hoisting ceremony , they had formed a perfect horse-shoe around the flag pole .

Our Chief guest for the day were Mrs . Sayli Dhuri and Mr . Salim Shaikh from our Teresian family who will be retiring soon . Our Chief guests , Our Principal, Our Provincial and few other sisters walked together towards the flag pole , then our guest for the day hoisted the flag , all the students and teachers saluted the flag and every one sang the national anthem with pride .

After the flag hoisting ceremony every student, teacher, parent present were made to sit for the republic day programme. The entire programme was conducted by the red house teachers and students. The programme began with a beautiful prayer service conducted by the primary students, after the prayer service we had a flow of entertaining events including Patriotic dance, speech, patriotic song, drill display, etc . The day ended with an inspiring speech by our Principal and Vande Mataram.
